Can UDS060 support dual 4K displays?
Yes. Windows laptops support dual independent 4K@60Hz displays via HDMI. On macOS, dual HDMI outputs mirror the same content on both external displays (extended dual-screen is not supported). A single 4K@60Hz display works on both platforms.
Is UDS060 compatible with my laptop?
UDS060 is designed for Windows 10/11 laptops with a full-featured USB-C, USB4, or Thunderbolt 3/4 port supporting DisplayPort Alt Mode. Basic docking functions are also supported on compatible macOS devices, while programmable shortcut controls are available on Windows only.
Do I need to install software?
No. Basic docking functions are plug and play. Download the TobenONE software from the Download Center to unlock programmable shortcut controls.
Can UDS060 charge my laptop?
Yes. UDS060 supports up to 100W USB-C Power Delivery when connected to a compatible USB-C charger. USB-C charger is not included.
Why isn't my external monitor working?
Make sure your laptop supports DisplayPort Alt Mode or Thunderbolt over USB-C. Verify the HDMI cable, monitor input, and display settings before reconnecting the dock.
