Before purchase, please make sure your laptop's USB-C port supports Power Delivery, DisplayPort, and Data transfer, you can easily find port details specifications on the laptop's user manual, or consult the seller with your exact laptop model.

USB-C is a new standard with much versatility, some USB-C supports Alt Mode video output, while others do not. Some can be powered and charged via USB-C PD, while others do not. UDS19 is a Plug&Play dual display USB C Dock, it can drive dual external monitors based on MST(Multiple-Stream Transport), which requires a USB-C laptop to support Alt-mode DisplayPort. NOTE: an extra USB to USB-C adapter is unsupported!

TOBENONE USB C dual monitor dock is fully compatible with all laptops with thunderbolt 3/4 ports.
