Important Note Before Purchase:

1. Specially designed for USB-C Windows laptops, not for macOS. Please must confirm that your laptop's USB C port support power delivery and DisplayPort Alt-mode Mode.

2. Dual 4K@30Hz Mode: If your laptop's USB C port support DP1.4, the resolution of dual monitors will max up to 4K@30Hz.

3. Dual 1080P Mode: If your laptop's USB C port support DP1.2, the resolution of dual monitors will max up to 1080P.

4. Dual 4K HDMI Display: The final resolution of HDMI output depends on your host devices(Only when your laptop/HDMI cable/monitor support 4K resolution at the same time, the video output will be 4K).

5. If the HDMI ports cannot work, maybe the connection and the cable are in error. Please make sure your connection is right and the cable you use to connect the dock and monitor is standard(the HDMI to HDMI/VGA/DP cable is correct, and VGA/DP to HDMI is incorrect)

6. The USB C 3.0 port and USB C 3.1 cannot support display, only for data transfer and charging. So you can not extend your USB C monitor via the USB C 3.0 port and USB C 3.1.

Because your laptop's USB-C port only supports data transfer, not for power delivery and alt-mode display. This means your laptop can't be extended dual monitor and be charged when working with our dual-monitor docking station.
