Free Shipping on all orders over $99 in the US (Standard Delivery ). TobenONE's official website supports delivery to most areas of the United States. But we cannot deliver to the following areas: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping Outside The United States
Including but not limited to: Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Poland, Switzerland, Sweden, Australia, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, Brazil, Portugal, South Africa, etc. If your country is not available at the checkout, we don't currently ship there.
It takes 1 or 2 business days to prepare the product then the package will be sent out.
Tracking information is usually available within 1 or 3 business days(not including preparation time), depending on the shipping method you choose.
Important:
- Please check your address information carefully. We don't refund if the package is sent to a wrong place by the information you provide.
- TobenONE is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
- We do not accept P.O. BOX or APO address, logistics companies refuse to deliver, and your order is easily lost.
- If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact us as soon as you can. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact our support team to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
