2: Why cannot extend dual monitors with my 2020 MacBook Pro with an M1 chip?
For MacBooks with an M1 chip, Thunderbolt Dock (16-in-1, Thunderbolt 3) cannot extend dual monitors at the same time due to limitations of the Apple M1 chip.

3: Can I use another USB C cable to connect the dock to my laptop?
It’s recommended that you use the included Thunderbolt 3 cable. we are afraid that other cables are not compatible.

4: How many external displays can this dual monitor docking station support?
This dock supports to connect to two external monitors—one connected via the Display Port, and another via the USB-C Thunderbolt 3 port.
