1. To protect your laptop's motherboard, never use two chargers to power it!
2. When using the product, make sure to connect the power supply to the docking station to ensure proper actionality.
3. We do not recommend using any other converters with the docking station as we cannot sure compatibility.
4. A laptop that has a full featured USB C / USB4 / Thunderbolt 3/4/5 port that is running Windows 10 or 11, Chrome OS and Linux should be compatible.
5. Mac systems do not support MST. So Apple laptops do not suppport dual-screen expansion through this dock.
6. To achieve high resolution, it is necessary that your laptop's USB C port, the cable connecting the dock and the laptop, and the monitor all support the desired resolution you wish to attain.
7. Only when USB C1 and USB C2 are used individually, the Max charging power can reach 100W. When these two interfaces are used simultaneously with other interfaces, the actual power will induce.
